Shipping and Delivery

• Deliver your orders to all cities in Saudi Arabia by the shipping company "Aramex" or our "representative".
• Delivery to the rest of the cities in Saudi Arabia will be delivered as per the speed of the courier company assigned.
• Shipping fees are priced for all regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia according to the selected shipping company and will be detailed on the checkout.

Return, Exchange, and Refund

• To benefit from the return, exchange, and warranty services, the original invoice is required.
• The customer can cancel the order within 3 days from the date of receipt of the product and exchange it within 3 days.
• The product must be in its original box and intact when returned with the original label without damage and with the manual and all accessories included in the packaging. Items broken or damaged due to use or mishandling will not be accepted.
• Exchange/return is valid only under circumstances like; wrong color from the order, wrong product dispatched, or factory defects.
• In case of purchasing package offers, the customer must return all the products included in the package, and they cannot be partially returned, provided that all products are in their original condition.
• If the attached gifts are used, we are sorry not to return or exchange the product.
• One of our customer service representatives will contact you to confirm the return request, after completing the product inspection process to ensure that it is free of defects.
• Our team will work on inspecting the products immediately upon receipt from the shipping company, to ensure they comply with the return conditions.
• The refund process begins as soon as the returned product is approved to comply with the terms of the return, and the refund is made within 14 days.
• The customer shall bear the delivery fees and electronic payment fees (and all associated costs) when requesting the return or exchange of products that were sent through the shipping company, unless the product has a factory defect based on the technical report.
